Perak police chief Datuk Noor Hisam Nordin on Monday (June 9) said initial investigations found that the chartered bus carrying 42 Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) students hit the rear of the MPV before overturning.
He added that the road where the fatal crash occurred at KM53 of the East-West Highway is dark, downhill, and winding.
