A 28-year-old security guard has been detained for allegedly extorting RM50from a woman over a parking dispute.
Kajang district police chief ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof said a video of the incident went viral on Monday (May 19) and the 31-year-old female victim lodged a police report the same day.
