An easy-to-understand chess study that manages without complicated secondary analyses. It won the fourth prize. The judge was Yochanan Afek. Black sacrifices the knight in order to play stalemate with the remaining black queen. White must avoid the stalemate positions. The black queen can hold out on the g-file for a long time, but a zugzwang forces the black queen to leave the g-file. This ultimately leads to a check with the white king and a queen win. Peter Krug has already composed many chess studies that are much more complicated.
