US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says "nobody was texting war plans" after The Atlantic magazine's editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg reported that he was accidentally included in a group text thread where top US officials were discussing upcoming airstrikes against Yemen's Huthi rebels.
