The Energy Minister also tells TV6 News that the State-owned oil company and its advisors "are engaged in discussions with the last remaining entity out of the Request for Proposals" for the oil refinery in Point-a-Pierre/.
But as for the name of the bidder, the Energy Minister said he would not want to breach any non-disclosure arrangements.
