Watch: Srinagar freezes at minus 7.8 degrees Celsius

Kashmir continues to freeze under extreme cold wave conditions. Srinagar recorded a minimum temperature of minus 7.8 degrees on Wednesday. This is the lowest minimum temperature recorded after eight years for the month of January.
