Fog engulfs parts of Delhi-NCR on Tuesday

The temperature in Delhi-NCR has dipped; a dense fog covered the national capital early on Tuesday morning. As per India Meteorological Department (IMD), the weather will remain cold throughout and people will be feeling the chill. Watch the video.
