Indonesian quake-tsunami toll tops 1200, rescue efforts hampered

More than 1,200 people are now known to have died in the quake-tsunami that smashed into Sulawesi, Indonesia says. Almost 200,000 people are in need of urgent help, according to the United Nations, among them thousands of children.
