Siddaramaiah caught distributing cash; ECI examining the matter

Poll violation on the part of CM Siddaramaiah. CM gave thousand rupees to two women who had come to meet him. The incident happened at Ramanhalli in Mysuru. ECI says they are examining it. No complaint registered so far.
