RAW: Freezing rain and sleet hits Chicago roadways

A Winter Storm warning remains in effect for much of the Chicago metropolitan area on Monday as a wintery mix of freezing rain, sleet, and wind gusts of up to 60 mph creates icy conditions on roadways. More than 1,000 flights have been cancelled.
