Odd even scheme implemented on Manali-Leh highway

After Delhi, the state of Himachal has not adopted Odd-even scheme to curb the frequent traffic jams on Manali-Leh highway. The highway links the state of Ladakh with rest of India and is a key resource for Indian army to supply material.
