Monitor Your Heart Rate, No Chest Straps or Finger Sensors Required

Currently, heart rate monitors come in one of two forms, with a chest strap or with a finger sensor. But a new Kickstarter project called Alpha says it can monitor your heart while on your wrist, using nothing but light and motion sensors.
