Study: Amazon Wins Holiday Customer Satisfaction Battle Over Netflix

Amazon and Netflix have been competing for the top spot on ForeSee’s annual holiday e-retail satisfaction study for the past seven years. This year, Amazon won easily as Netflix saw the biggest customer satisfaction drop of any company studied.
